Ratle Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited is a Public Company incorporated on 01 June, 2021 and is located in Jammu and Kashmir. The Company is a Joint Venture of NHPC Limited and Jammu & Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Ltd (JKSPDC) with holding equity share of 51% and 49% respectively. The Company is incorporated for the implementation of 850 MW Ratle Hydroelectric Project. Its authorized share capital is INR 1,600.00 crore and the initial total paid-up capital is INR 100.00 crore.
