Holidays notified by the Central Government over TV/All India Radio/Newspapers as holiday(s) applicable all over India or in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir under the Negotiable Instruments Act shall also be observed as holidays at Ratle Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited.

In case the UT of Jammu & Kashmir declares a holiday applicable to the offices including Offices of Central Government located in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir that will also be observed as a holiday at Ratle Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited.

In the event of change in the date of holiday due to appearances of moon in respect of Id-Ul-Fitr, ld-Ul-Zuha (Bakrid) and Milad-Un-Nabi or Id-E-Milad announcement over TV/ All India Radio/ Newspapers should be treated as sufficient authority to observe holiday on a particular day.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
